First Payment - Phase 1
In the second stage of the Design Process, upon receipt of your order form, the client will be required to pay a retainership fee for the services provided - Phase I payments of 30% of the total design cost for Floor Plan. The Floor Plan is the most important concept in a building design as it will be the central point of reference for the 3D (3-dimensional) and technical drawings which the Design Team will draw-up.
At this stage, plan revisions are welcome. The Design Team will be in consultation with the client to take feedback and give clarification(s), where needed. There will be a maximum number of 3 revisions allowed on the floor plan, per project. After the approval of the floor plan by the client, the Design Team will proceed to the next step - create a 3D image of the project.
Second Payment - Phase 2
The client makes Phase 2 payments of 50% of the total design cost for the output to be delivered to the client, which will include:
a. 3D (three-dimensional) image of Project. 3D images determine a building's height, shape, and building style.
b. 3D Exterior Render Image (not as clear as the final render), where the client will create 10-50 building views to present the appearance of the building and the building's exterior atmosphere.
For the purposes of spatial planning and evaluation, 3D images and renderings are. With 3D technology provided by the Design Team, our clients who before now are unfamiliar with design and build technicalities, will have a better understanding of the shape of the building's interior and exterior. Also, 3D images and renderings are essential in the management of expectations of clients, architects and contractors at the construction stage of projects. At this stage, if the building does not match the shape yet, the Client can only revise the appearance.
Final Payment - Phase 3
The client makes Phase III Payment of 20% of the total design cost for the Project, The output to be delivered to the Client are:
- Fine Rendered Visual Images for Interior and Exterior:
- Working drawings/technical drawings required by the implementation/contractor/construction team(s)
- Architectural technical drawings
- Technical drawings of structures (foundation, refinement etc.)Technical drawings of Electrical and Plumbing)
The final files that will be given are:
- Printed A3 Technical Drawing/Working Drawing.
- Flash Drive with softcopy of agreed files, branded with company logo.
At this stage, no more revisions are allowed. If all the files according to the offer have been received by the Client, the Design stage is declared completed and the Client is ready to make a tender or use the contractor services of her/his choice.
