At this stage, the client consults with our Design Team to determine to vision and scope of the project. The client will also be required to provide the following data to the Design Team:
- Category of Services Required - Design, Build or Consulting
- Client's Vision of the Project
- Land Size
- Land Location
- Preferred House/Building Style
- Details of Space Requirements
- Intended Use of Building
- Client's Budget for the Project - Inception to Completion
The Architect/Design Team will provide a sketch plan and a design cost quote according to the specifications listed above.
