• Third/Final Phase Output to Client - Fine Render Visual Images (Final Output)

A.1. Final Phase Output Specs:

• 0-500 m² (Small & Medium Size Buildings): 3 fine rendering views (exterior & interior)
• 501-1000 m² (Big Size Buildings): 5 fine rendering views (exterior & interior)
• >1000 m² (Extra Big Size Buildings): 8 fine rendering views (exterior & interior)

B.2. Technical Drawings Output List

• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) - Technical Budgetary Cost of the Project, drawn from the final Design Plans. To be carried out by a qualified Quantity Surveyor
• Architectural, Structural & Technical Drawings (Electrical and Plumbing)

Delivery of above output items will be done in print and in softcopy. Client will sign a Job Completion Form in exchange for these outputs
